🥋 Why SprintDojo?
A Note from the Founder
The world is evolving faster than ever. AI is transforming every aspect of living, working, and connecting. In a world where every second is a battle for your attention, the ability to remain anchored—to keep your promises to yourself—is more vital than ever.
That's why I created SprintDojo. I've come to believe that self-discipline is the most underrated and essential skill in this new landscape. You become unstoppable when you can trust yourself to do what you said you would, no matter how fast the world moves.
I built SprintDojo for myself, my kids, and anyone who wants to thrive in the age of AI. It's for anyone, 15 or 65, who wants to learn how to train the mind, like a martial artist trains the body.
The spark came from a trip to Tokyo, where I witnessed an entire society shaped by principles of self-discipline. From the precision of martial arts to the quiet orderliness of daily life, I saw how deeply discipline is embedded in their culture, how it forms the backbone of everything, from art to technology.
It made me wonder: What if we could create a dojo for the mind—a space where anyone could cultivate that same focus and resilience, even as the world spins ever faster around us?
SprintDojo is my answer: a simple, AI-powered system that gamifies self-discipline, making the hard work of personal growth feel more like play. It's a place to earn your Black Belt by keeping promises to yourself.
I'm using it myself and loving it. Alongside the tool, we're building a library of articles to share the science behind these ideas, because mastery comes from understanding and practice.
If you're ready to discover the quiet power of self-discipline, join us.
